First I will and bequeath unto my wellbeloved Children Richard Hobbs, Susanna Hobbs, Hannah Hobbs, Sara Hobbs, Elizabeth Hobbs Thomas Hobbs, Joseph Hobbs and Benjamin Hobbs (that is to say) to each of my said Children the sum of Twenty pounds of lawfull English mony to be paid by my Loving wife their mother and my Executor hereinafter names when they every or any of them shall attaine their severall & respective ages of one & twenty Yeares or dayes of marriage which shall first happen
Item I will give and devise unto my wellbeloved wife Susanna Hobbs the Messuage & Tenement wherein I now dwell in Dover aforesaid To hold unto the said Susanna Hobbs and her heyres for ever
All and singuler my goods chattells Household stuffe and Lease of a Tenem[en]t which I
hold of the hono'ble Warden and assistants of the harber of Dover aforesaid I will & give unto my said wellbeloved wife Susanna Hobbs
for & towards the Educating & bringing upp of my said wellbeloved Children, paying of my debts, funerall charges and Probate of
this my last Will & Testamt,
and her the said Susanna I make and ordaine my full & sole Executrix,
and intreate my wellbeloved friends Samuel Tavernor and Richard Cannon to be my overseers and desire them to be helping and assisting unto my wellbeloved wife in (the) p’formance of this my said last Will and Testament
