I give devise and bequeath unto my loving mother Mary Hobday widow and to her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns for ever all and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and parts and shares of Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and all other my Real estate whatsoever and wheresoever And also all and singular my Goods Chattels Monies Securities for money and personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind sort or quality soever the same may consist and be at the time of my decease subject and charged to and with the payment of all my just debts Funeral expenses and all other charges and expenses incident to the Execution of this my will and also to and with the payment of the legacy following (that is to say)
I give and bequeath unto Mary Wilkins widow who lived as housekeeper with my late deceased Grandfather Edward Hobday the sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland (current in England) to be paid unto her in three months next after my decease by my executrix hereinafter named
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint her the said Mary Hobday my mother sole Executrix of
this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and do
publish and declare this only to be and contain my whole and entire last will and testament In Witness
whereof I the said Edward Hobday the Testator have to this my said last will and testament contained in
one sheet of paper set and affixed my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
