I give and bequeath unto my son Basil Hodges all and every of my tools implememnts and utensils in my art or trade of a carpenter together with the summ of one shilling of lawfull money of Great Britain
And all and every of my messuages lands tenements hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and also all and every of my moneys goods chattells household furniture timber stock in trade rights credits and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever not herein before disposed of subject to the payment of all my just debts I give and bequeath unto my sons William and John and my daughters Abigail and Elizabeth their several heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as Joint tenants which said Elizabeth my daughter I nominate and appoint to be full Executrix of this my will
And I do hereby revoke Annull and make void all former and other wills devises legacies and bequests by
me at any time or times heretobefore made published or declared In Witness whereof I the said John
Hodges have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirteenth day of February in the year of our Lord Christ
one thousand seven hundred and sixty one and in the first year of the Reign of George the Third now King
of Great Britain etc.
