I give devise and bequeath all that my �Smart Rachel� with the necessary Papers and
of the Port of Rochester together with her stores masts spars sails rigging
anchors cables ropes cordage used and not in use boat and boats and every
article and thing reckoned taken and held as belonging to my �Smart Rachel� as
aforesaid
as also All my ready money money in the Public or any other Funds
Bonds Bills Securities for money interest dividends debts and demands
whatsoever and wheresoever due oweing and payable to me at the time of my
decease
as also All my furniture beds bedding linen wearing apparel clocks
timepieces watches plate jewelry books pictures glass and household effects of
every description now in my possession as well as in reversion or expectancy
unto my dear Daughter Emma Mary Page for her own sole use and disposal and
benefit absolutely (that is to say)
I give devise and bequeath all and every part and parcel of the Personal and Real Estate in my possession or that I may hold and possess be interested in or entitled to at the time of my decease unto my said dear daughter Emma Mary Page for her own sole benefit use and disposal entirely absolutely and for ever
I nominate constitute and appoint my said dear Daughter Emma Mary Page Executrix and
my dear Son Charles Alfred Page Executor of this my Will
and cancelling and annulling and making void all other
Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made publish and declare this only
to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set and subscribed my name this tenth day of May One thousand eight
