Item I give unto Hellen Kettle my Goddaughter fyve pound and to Sara Gardener her
sister three pound to be paide unto them or theire assignes within one yeare nexte after
my decease.
Item I give unto the two childeren of John Partridge deceased the some of fower pound to
be equally devided betwene them and to be paid unto them and either of them as abovesaid.
Item I give unto Cornewell Clerke my old servannt the some of Twentie shillings to be
paid unto him as abovesaid.
Item I give unto Thomas Gardener an other of my old servannts the some of three pound
to be paid unto him or his Assignes in manner and forme as above saide.

some of tenn pound in full recompence and satisfaction of all promisses heretofore made
unto the said John Olyver her husband to be paide unto her or her assignes in manner and
forme above saide.
Itm I give unto Mother Kinge the some of twentie shillings to be payed unto her or her
assignes in manner and forme as abovesaide.
Itm I give and devise unto Mildred Petley and Anne Petley my goddaughters two of the
daughters of Edward Petley the some of fower pounds to be equally devided and paid
unto them and either of them or theire assignes in manner and forme as abovesaid.
Itm I give unto Elizabeth Pococke the wiefe of William Pococke all my hushould stuffe
both woollen and lynning whatsoever now remayninge in the howse of the said William
Pococke.
Itm I give unto Dorothie Hadsoule the goddaughter of Elizabeth Pococke the some of
twentie shillings to be paide unto her or her assignes in manner and forme as abovesaide.

The residue of all my goods and chattalls before not given and devised I will and dispose unto Edwarde Petley and William Pococke which said Edward Petley and William Pococke I make and ordaine my whole and sole Executors of this my saide last will hoping and trusting that they will see me ...
