I will and give unto David Sales and my kinswoman Martha Hodsoll which is now his wife all monyes and sums of mony that ever they or either of them have had of me at any time; them and their heirs shall keepe and poses the same for ever and any bill or bond given to me for mony lent to him or them shall be null and void after my decease
Item I will and give unto my Kinswoman Mary Hodsoll daughter of my brother William Hodsoll the sum of fifty pounds and all such of my household goods as shall not be herein after given to other uses
item I will and give unto my Kinswoman Esther Hodsoll daughter of my brother William Hodsoll the sum of Fifty pounds and my best pair of sheetes and my largest silver spoon and I do appoint Robert Crowhurst to take the said monyes given to Esther Hodsoll and to pay it to her again when she comes to the age of one an twenty yeares
I will and give unto Ann Groves of this parish a guinea
I will and give unto Thomas Goden son of John Goden one guinea
I will and give Elizabeth Chambers half a guinea
I will and give unto Elinor Wellings half a guinea
Item I will and give unto my nephew William Hodsoll my best chest and allso make him my
full and whole Executor
I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and annull all former wills and testaments before this time
named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this to be my last will and testament
