Item: to Elizabeth my daughter wife of Paul Marsh I give my furnace in the kitchen, two great tonnes, one (heeler), 2 great bowls, one of the greatest kettles, two great chests, 7 milk jugs all my bedding in the loft over the buttery together with all the household goods therein (except one flockbed and two blankets which I give to Thomas Neames)

Item: In the loft over the parlour to my daughter Susan the wife of Robert Dane I give all my featherbed and bedstead in the parlour except a white feather bolster which I give to my grandchild Thomas Neames and one blackish blanket and one pillow there which I give to Elizabeth Marsh.

Item: To my grandchild Alexander Dane my great chest in the parlour.
Item: to each of the children of my grandchildren Alexander Marsh 2 shillings and 6 pence.
Item: to my daughter Susan my table standing in the hall and all other wooden stuff therein and one of the greatest kettles.
Item: to my grandchild Elizabeth Marsh 2 great platters a pair of sheets and a one box.

Item: to my grandchild Mary Marsh one pair of sheets and one table cloth.
Item: to my grandchildren Alexander and Clement Hogben 5 shillings.
Item: to Elizabeth my daughter Marsh that gold ring which my sister Proud have lately bequeathed to me and is in my understanding in the keeping of Mr Peers one of the Aldermen of Canterbury.

Item: to my son Henry Hogben that gold ring which I lent him still being in his keeping
I give to my cousin West�s wife one swarm of bees and a drinking pot.
Item: the rest of my goods after my debts are paid to my son in law Paul Marsh and he to be my executor.

Witnesses: Henry West and Thomas Hall.
