of Sandwich, Kent

I being of sound Mind and Memory Do give and bequeath All and every my Goods Chattels Ready Money Securities for Money Stocks in the Public Funds and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after Payment of my just Debts Funeral Expences and Charges of Proving this my Will unto my Nephew and Niece Richard Woodward and Elizabeth Woodward equally to be divided between them share and share alike

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Nephew Richard Woodward sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Mary Hogben the Testatrix have hereby set my Hand and Seal this Twenty sixth Day of July One thousand eight hundred and seventeen The Mark of Mary X Hogben
