in the first place I Will and Direct that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences be paid and satisfied
Also I Give and Devise all those my several Pieces or Parcels containing together by Estimation Twenty four Acres be the same more or
less lying and being in the Parish of Darent in the said County of Kent and now in the Occupation of Thomas Munn or his
Assigns I Give and bequeath unto my loving Brother Street Holding for ever
Also I Give and bequeath unto my loving Brother William Holding the Sum of One hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my Executor hereafter named within Six Months next after my Decease
Also I Give and bequeath unto my loving Sisters Ann Colyer Sarah Holding Bridget Monk Elizabeth Buck and Catherine Holding the Sum of Ten Pounds apiece of like lawful Money to be paid to them respectively within Six Months after my Decease
And all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my ready money and securities for Money Leases Stock Corn Cattle Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or Quality soever my Debts Legacies and funeral Expences being first paid and Discharged I Give and bequeath unto my said Brother Street Holding his Executors Admors and Assigns
And I do hereby make Constitute and Appoint my said Brother Street Holding Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Holding the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand
and Seal this Eleventh Day of November In the Seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Third And in
the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six Thos Holding
