This is the last Will and Testament of me William Holding late of Northend in the Parish of Crayford but now of East Greenwich in the County of Kent Gentleman

First I will order and direct that all my just Debts Funeral Expences and the Charges of proving this my Will be paid and discharged with all convenient speed after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister Rebecca Dismore Widow the Sum of One hundred Pounds of lawfull Money of Great Britain and all my Household Goods Plate Linen and China

Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Rebecca Collins Widow Daughter of the said Rebecca Dismore the Sum of Fifty Pounds of like lawfull Money
Also I give and bequeath unto my Nieces Sarah Dismore Spinster and Eleanor Dismore Spinster the like Sum of Fifty Pounds apiece of like lawful Money
Also I give and bequeath unto my Nieces Elizabeth Flint Spinster Rebecca Flint Spinster Ann Flint Spinster and Sarah Flint Spinster the Sum of Fifty Pounds apiece of like lawful Money

Also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Henry Dismore the sum of two hundred Pounds of like lawful Money
Also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Holding the like Sum of two hundred pounds
Also I give unto my Brother Enoch Holding twenty Guineas
And I direct that all the before mentioned Legacies shall be paid within six Months next after my decease

And all the Rest and Residue of my Monies Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever I give and bequeath unto and equally between my aforesaid Nephews and Nieces the said Henry Dismore John Holding Rebecca Collins Sarah Dismore Eleanor Dismore Elizabeth Flint Rebecca Flint Ann Flint and Sarah Flint share and share alike

and I make nominate and appoint my said Brother Enoch Holding sole Executor of this my Will
and revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said William Holding have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this nineteenth Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one Wm Holding

revokes bequests to Sarah Flint now wife of ___ Midgley and sets up trust in her favour, excluding her husband from intermeddling, Enoch Holding Trustee,
