I give and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Hollick the leasehold house and premises No 14 Hamond Place Chatham
Also I give and bequeath unto my three sisters Hannah Feney Susanna and Elizabeth Hollick or the survivors of them the leasehold house No 328 High Street Chatham And all my household furniture linen and china
Also I direct that the estate known as Cherry Tree Hall on the New Road be sold
and also my plate books paintings prints and other effects excepting those above mentioned
And from their produce I give
to William Roberts an Elder in the Catholic Apostolic Church in Chatham Ten Pounds
to each of the other Elders five pounds
and to the Poor of that Church to be distributed according to their discretion thirty pounds
And I give to Ann Bullock and to Sarah Houghton or either of them if surviving fifty pounds each
The remainder of the Produce together with sixty pounds Pr Annum long annuities and any and all other my estate and effects I give to be equally divided among my brothers and sisters surviving at my decease or if any of them be then dead I give their intended portions to their children
And I hereby nominate and appoint my brother John Hollick of Poplar Draper and Thomas Holick of Chatham Druggist Executors of this my Will and direct the Payment of all my debts and funeral and testamentary charges as soon as conveniently may be
