I Mary Homes of Woodchurch In the yeare of our Lord God the nineteenth day of October One Thousand Six Hundred Seaventy and Seaven being in good and p�fect [perfect] memory but weake of Body I doe ordaine this to be my last Will and Testamt [Testament]

I give unto my Brother Thomas Holmes five pounds to be paid to him If he be alive within three months after my decease my Mind is that if my Brother Thomas Holmes be dead then the five pounds shall return to John Austen of Woodchurch

I give Susan Holmes daughter to Thomas Holmes five pounds to be paid within three months after my decease
I give to Thomas Omnishauft five pounds to be paid within three months after my decease

I give my gold ring to Susan Holmes whome I doe appoint to be my Executrix
Item John Austen of Woodchurch to bury me and to my legacy within the time limitted and the rest of my goods to remaine with him
