The last Will and Testament Nuncupative of Thomas Holnes late whilst hee lived of the p�ish of Chislet in the County of Kent and Archdeaconry of Canterbury declared by him spoken uttered and declared about three or four houres next before his death which happened about the nineteenth day of March 1672 last past hee being sicke and weake in body yet of good & perfect memory and being fully resolved to dispose of his Estate and make his will by words of mouth spoke or declared these words or the like in effect hereafter declared in the presence and hearing of these Witnesses whose names are subscribed being neighbours to the deceased and the [above] mentioned by will a fall from his house were called to the dec�d vizt.

The said Thomas Holnes deceased sayd That I doe give unto my Wife all my goods of household in the roome where I now lie and forty shillings a yeare out of my Estate Provided shee bring upp my youngest sonne Peter to be paid her by my sonne Thomas whome I make Executor of my will

and all the rest of my Estate I give to bee divided amongst all my Children to bee equally divided onley Mary the wife of John Addams of Chistlett to bee abated Tenn pounds of her proportion

and I will my eldest sonne Thomas my Executor Twenty pounds more than his share in my Estate

All which words or the like in effect were uttered and declared in the presence and hearing of us

Notes: This family are not found � presumably because the marriage and christenings occured during the Commonwealth?
