Firste I will that Frysewode the wif of Mcartey Padyhame of Newe Romney Mylderede the wif of Thomas Adam and Elizabeth Normandey my daughters shalhave one pece of Lande with their appt. [appurtenances] whych conteynyng by estymation sevyn acres of Lande whether more or lesse thereof to be had set lyeing and beynge in the p�she of Smarden and auppn the dey of hetherste That is to saye
to the King Strete then towardes the weste and northe and Easte and to the Landes of me the forsaide Johane towards the Easte and to the Landes of John Draner Gent [gentleman] towardes the Southe To have and to holde the said pece of Landes with theapptnance [the appurtenances] to the saide Fryswide padhame myldered Adams and Elizabeth Newmondey to the use of the saide Fryswide mylderede and Elizabeth and of their heires and assigneis [assigns] for ever to be equally divided and p�ted [apportioned] betwixte them
Item I will that the foresaide Thomas Homys my husbande shalhave all my other lands and tenementes with their appurts. lyenge and beynge in the saide p�ishe of Smarden or els where within the countie of Kente To have and to holde the said Landes and tentes. [tenements] with thapptnces [the appurtenances] unto the saide Thomas Homes my husbande and to the heires of our ij bodies Lawfully begotten And for the lacke of such heires to remeyne [remain] to the oneylie [only] heires of the foresaide Thomas Homes for evermore
