In the Name of God Amen ... the 8th Daye of November Anno Dmi 1603
ANDREWE HOMEWOOD of Seale in the County of Kent Tailor being then sicke of bodye but in perfect Mynde and memorie made and declared this last Will and Testament nuncuplitive as followeth.

I give unto EDWARD HOMEWOOD and JOHN HOMEWOOD my Brother Sonnes fortie shillings apeece to be payd five yeares after my decease.
Item I give to the repayringe of the Well in Seale tenn shillings.

Item I doe give all the rest of my goodes plate Juell and monye and Lande and howses unto my twoe Daughters ELIZABETH HOMEWOOD and CLIMENCES HOMEWOOD to be divided equallie betwixe them bothe but rather that CLIMENCE my Daughter shoulde have the moste.

I do make them bothe fulle and whole Executors.
