In the name of God Amen I Thomas Homes of Seasalter in the County of Kent Fisherman being sicke in body but of good and p�fect remembrance heare do ordaine and decalre my last will and testament
First I give and bequeath my Soule to God that gave it and my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Seasalter

Also I give and bequeath unto Margaret my wife all my goods and chattles and cattell and all also that I doe inioy Allwaies provided

I give and bequeath unto George Homes my eldest sone all my wearing apparell and twelve pence of lawfull money of England onely my best riding Coote excepted

likewise I give unto my sonne Thomas Homes fore pounds of like money of England to be paid unto him at the adge of one and twenty

Also I give unto my daughter Ane fore pounds of like money of England to be paid unto her at the adge of eighteene or maridge whcih shall come first

and do make Margret my wife my lawfull exectricks to p�forme the same in truth
whereof I have hereunto sett my hand the 14 day of May 1637
