This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Homewood of the City of Canterbury Baker

I bequeath unto and equally between my two daughters Jane Homewood and Sarah Homewood all and every sum and sums of money which shall after my decease become due and payable under or by virtue of a certain Policy of Assurance numbered 3424 under the hands and seals of the Trustees of the Economic Life Assurance Society and bearing date the thirtieth day of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty five

I bequeath to my youngest son Frederick Homewood my Chest of Carpenters and Joiners Tools

As to all my real estate and all the residue of my Personal Estate I devise and bequeath the same (but subject nevertheless to the payment thereout of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences) unto and equally between my wife Sarah Homewood and my sons Thomas alias Tom Homewood and William Homewood their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively

I appoint my brother Spencer Homewood of Uxbridge in the County of Middlesex Baker and Miller and my said son Thomas alias Tom Homewood Executors of this my Will and hereby revoke all other Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six Thomas Homewood
