The Last Will and Testament of John Hood this Covenant witnessed that John Hood of Sydenham Common
in the County of Kent Licens'd Victualler do hereby will and bequeath to my wife Hannah Hood
all monies estates Freehold and leasehold stock in trade goods and chattels of whatsoever description
they may be and all rents and book debts which shall be due to me at my decease after all my just and
lawful debts which shall been paid for the support of herself and my three children namely
John Sharp Hood William Hood Hannah Hood and any other children that may be born my heirs so long
as she remain my widow but if she marry again the property shall be equally divided between the
beforementioned Hannah Hood my wife John Sharp Hood William Hood Hannah Hood and any other children
which may be born my heirs and if either of the before mentioned parties die then property to be divided
between the survivors
I furthermore appoint my wife Hannah Hood sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament to dispose
of all profits which may arise from these my estates as she shall think proper so long as she
remain my widow. I furthermore declare that this my last Will and Testament shall revoke all former wills
made by me in Witness whereof I have this Eleventh day of August in the year of our Lord one
Thousand eight hundred and thirty two set my hand & seal in the presence of the undersigned witnesses Signed

Proved at London 20th Sept'r 1832 before the Worshipful Charles Coote Doctor of Laws & Surrogate by the oath
of Hannah Hood widow the relict the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to
administer.
