This is the last Will and Testament of me John Hooper of Eltham in the County of Kent
First I revoke and make void all Wills Codicils and other Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath all my undivided moiety or half part or share of and in all those two leasehold messuages or tenements and premises situate and being in Collingwood Street in the Parish of Christchurch in the County of Surrey with the appurtenances to the same belonging unto my Brother William Hooper (to whom the other undivided moiety or half part or share belongs) to and for his absolute and benefit and to be at his own disposal

I give and bequeath unto Mary Ann Barber of Eltham aforesaid with whom I now lodge the sum of ten pounds
I give and bequeath to John Robert the elder of Eltham aforesaid Stationer the sum of ten pounds

And all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever not hereinbefore specifically bequeathed or disposed of after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences I give and bequeath unto Sarah Hodgson of Eltham aforesaid Widow to and for her own absolute and benefit and to be at her own disposal

And lastly I do appoint the said John Robert the elder Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said John Hooper the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight John Hooper
