First I give & devise unto my Nephew John Horsenaile son of my brother Anthony Horsenaile all my
messuages & lands & hereditaments in the County of Sussex To hold to him dureing his naturall Life
& from & after his decease I give ye same unto ye first son of ye body of my said nephew lawfully to be
begotten & ye heires male of the body of such first son issueing
And for default of such issue to ye second third fourth fifth sixth seaventh eighth nineth tenth & all &
every other son & sons of the body of ye said John Horsenaile my nephew lawfully to be begotten and to
the heires males of the body of such second third fourth fifth sixth seaventh eighth nineth & tenth & all
& every other son & sons of my said nephew issueing
& for default of such issue I give ye sd p�misses unto & amongst all & every daughter & daughters of ye
body of my nephew lawfully to be begotten & to the heires of ye body & bodys of such daughter & daughters issueing
& for want of such issue I give ye sd p�misses unto my bro�rs James Horsenaile & Anthony Horsenaile
dureing the terme of their naturall lives & ye life of the longest liver of them
And from & after ye decease of ye survivor of them ye said James & Anthony I give one moyety of the
said premisses unto all & every child of ye body of my said bro James lawfully to be begotten & to his
her & their heires as Ten�ts in Common & not as Joynt Ten�ts
& for want of such issue I give ye sd moyety unto & amongst all & every child & children of ye body of
my sd bro�r Anthony & to the heires of his her & their body & bodyes lawfully to be begotten
& for want of such issue I give ye sd moyety unto & amongst all every child ye child & children of ye
body of Case Billingsly on ye body of my sister lawfully begotten & to be begotten & to ye heires of ye
body & bodyes of such child & children lawfully issueing
& for want of such issue I give ye same unto my Right heires for ever
And as to ye other moyety of my said Lands & premisses after ye severall uses afores�d are ended &
determined I give the same unto & amongst all & every child & children of my sd bro�r Anthony lawfully
begotten or to be begotten & to ye heires of ye body & bodyes of such child & children of my sd bro�r
Anthony as Ten�ts in Common if two or more be & not as joynt ten�ts
& for want of such issue I give ye last mentioned moyety unto all & every child & children of the body of
my sd bro�r James lawfully begotten & to be begotten & to the heires of his her & their bodye & bodyes issueing
& for want of such issue I give ye sd last mentioned moyety unto & amongst all & every child & children
of my sd bro�r Case Billingsly by my sister lawfully begotten & to be begotten & to the heires of his her &
their body & bodyes issueing as ten�ts in common & not as joynt ten�ts
& for want of such issueing I give ye sd last menconed moyety to my Right heires for ever

elsewhere not before devised unto my sd bro�r James for his naturall Life
& from and after his decease I give ye sd moyety unto & amongst all every child & children of ye body of
my sd bro�r James lawfully begotten & to be begotten & to the heires of ye body & bodyes of all & every
such child & children issueing as ten�ts in common & not as joynt ten�ts
& for want of such issue I give ye sd moyety unto my sd bro�r Anthony dureing ye terme of his naturall
life & after his decease I give ye same unto & amongst all & every ye child & children of ye body of my sd
bro�r Anthony & to ye heires of ye body & bodyes of such child & children issueing
& for want of such issue I give ye sd moyety of ye sd p�misses unto & amongst all & every child &
children of ye sd Case Billingsly on ye body of my sister begotten & to be begotten & to ye heires of ye
body & bodyes of such child & children issueing
& for want of such issue I give ye same unto my Right heires for ever
Allsoe I give ye other moyety of my sd mesuages lands & hereditaments in ye county of Kent &
elsewhere not herein before devised unto my sd bro�r Anthony dureing his naturall life
& from and after his decease I give ye last menconed moyety unto & amongst all every child & children
of ye body of my sd bro�r Anthony & to their heires issueing
& for want of such issue I give ye sd moyety unto my sd bro�r James dureing his naturall life & after his
decease I give ye sd moyety unto & amongst all & every ye child & children of ye body of my sd bro�r
James begotten & to be begotten
& for want of such issue I give ye same unto & amongst all & every child & children of ye sd Case
Billingsly on ye body of my sister begotten & to be begotten & to ye heires of their body & bodyes
& for want of such issue I give ye sd last menconed moyety unto my Right heires for ever
Alsoe give unto my Loveing Father John Horsenaile the Annuall sume of Ten pounds Fifteen shillings to be payd him quarterly dureing his naturall life out of ye rent & yearely sume payable to me by William Green
I give unto all & every ye child & children of ye sd Case Billingsly on ye body of my sister begotten one guinea a peice to be payd them by my Exec�r herein after named within three monthes next after my decease.
And I give all the rest and residue of my personall Estate after my Debts Legacyes & funerall expences
are first satisfyed & payd unto my two Bro�rs James & Anthony Horsenaile share & share alike
And I doe hereby make & constitute my sd bro�rs James & Anthony Horsenaile my sole Exec�rs of this my
last Will & Testam�t & doe hereby revoke all former wills by me made
Alsoe I give unto my Sister Billingsly one guinea to be paid her by my said Exec�rs within three months next after my decease.
In Witnesse whereof I have hereuntto set my hand & seale ye Day & yeare first within written John Horsnaile
