if it fortune the said Richard to dye before he marye Then I will his porcyon to be equallye devided amonge the other brothers then beyng alyve

I will and bequethe unto Stephen Huffham my sonne to hym and to his heyers in fee simple for ever all my tenent set lying and being at the forstalle wch was Smoketts and all the housinge ther unto belonginge and vij acres of arrable land lyinge before the p[ar]sonage and vj acres of lande lyinge at loke well whether yt be more or lese and iij acres & dir of arrable lande lyinge at marle in ij partes and one acre therof lyinge at Salthope Corner and the other ij p[ar]cells lyinge agaynste the kinges highe waye ledinge downe unto golders bridge
Item I bequethe unto Henrye Huffham my Sonne my twoo Tenements lying at the forstale to hym

arrable lande whether it be more or lesse leding downe from the howse at eche syde of the lyste and the other tenement was late Paterycks
Also I bequethe unto the said Henrye Hugham my Sonne one tenament set lyinge and beyng in the p[ar]ishe of Ashe and nyne acres of lande lying in
the same pishe whether it be more or lese to hym and To his heyers for ever
Provyded alwayes that if Stephyn or Henrye do enter In evye parte or pcell of my wyffes lands at Hardes then I will that Richard and Michaell my Sonnes shall enter into my landes at Preston or Ashe or if anye of them do enter or breke my will and if everye of them can be contented Then I will that they shall not make nor medle in There lands

Item I bequethe unto Elizabethe Whyte and Lawrence White her Sonne ether of them ls [50s] to be paid her twelvmonethe after my decease and Lawrence fiftye shillinges to be put to proffites for hym at The age of xiiij yers
