In the name of God Amen the thirteenth daye of December Anno dini 1611 And in the eight yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord James by the grace of God King of England Scotland France and Ireland defender of the fayth etc,
I Jeremie Hunt of the parishe of Bredgar, Carpenter, being of good and pfect [perfect] memorie do ordeyne and make this my last will and testament in manner and forme following, vizt.
First and principally I gyve & bequeath my soule to allmightie God and my body to the earth

Item I doe give to Alice my wife all my moveable goods and chattells, shee payinge my debts & bearinge the chardges of my buriall

Touching and concerninge the messuage wth a close and backeside thereto adjoyning and a crofte thereto belonging conteyning by estimacon 4 [or 9?] acres more or lesse scituate and being in Bredgar aforesayd in the wch messuage I the sayd Jeremie dooe nowe inhabite and dwell I doe will gyve and bequeath the sayd messuage cloase and backeside and crofte wthall and singuler there appurtenances to the sayd Alice my wife to use have and hold? the same during her nrall [naturall] life

Whome I doe make and ordayne sole executrix of this my last will
In Witness whereof I the sayd Jeremie Hunt the testator to this my last will and testament have sett my seale and subcribed my name the daye and yeare above written
