It I give to Martha Hunte my now wife Thirty pounds of good & lawfull money of England to be paid to
my said wife by my Executor hereafter mentioned within two yeares next after my decease
It I will that if Martha my before said wife shall depart out of this wicked world before the payment of
the aforesaid somme of Thirty pounds that Isaack Hunte my youngest sonne shall have Tenn pounds of
the aforesaid somme of Thirty pounds for the other Twenty pounds to be at my wives disposeing as
shee shall thinke convenient
It I will that Martha my aforesaid wife shall live and remaine keeping her selfe a widdow and have her
meate and drinke with Isaack my aforesaid sonne soe longe as they doe lovingly accord together my said
wife doeing such things for Isaack my said sonne as shall befitt one requisit for a mother to doe
It I will that if Martha my aforesaid wife and Isaack my said sonne shall not lovingly agree together so
that my said wife shall goe away from my said sonne Isaack that then Isaack my said sonne shall pay to
Martha my aforesaid wife her afore bequeathed Thirty pounds within three monthes next after her departure
It I give to Martha Hunte my aforesaid wife the best bedd as it stands furnished in the Chamber over the parlour two pillowes two payre of pillow beares, three paire of sheetes the biggest brasse kettle, a brasse pott, one little stuppnett of belmettle the cupbord standing in the hall, a warmeing panne, the least spitt, three of the biggest pewter platters, three fruit dishes one of the brasse candlesticks, a cheafing dish of brasse, one joyne chest standing in the Chamber over the parlour, the lesser brewing tubb, three smale keelers, the middle brine tubb, two firkinns, a linnen trendle, one brandyron, a dripping panne.
It I give to Richard Hunt my eldest sonne twenty shillings to be paid by my executor within one whole yeare next after my decease the said Richard dying without issue lawfully begotten of his body my other sonnes and daughters to be his heires
It I give to Thomas Huntt my sonne tenne pounds to be paid by my executor within one whole yeare next after my decease the said Thomas dying without issue lawfully begotten of his body my other sonnes and daughters to be his heires
It I give to Stephen Hunte my sonne Twenty shillings to be paid by my executor within one whole yeare next after my decease the said Stephen dying without issue lawfully begotten of his body my other sonnes and daughters to be his heires
It I give to Elizabeth my daughter now wife to Thomas Waler twelve pence to be paid by my executor
within one whole yeare next after my decease
It I give to Martha Hunte my daughter one younge pyde heifer and six ewes.
Also I will that if it happen that Martha my aforesaid daughter shall marry with John Hills my now servant and that John Hills father to the aforesaid John Hills my servant will give either in money or money worth amounting to the value of thirty pounds to his said sonne John Hills within three yeares after that the said John Hills my now servant shall marry my aforesaid daughter Martha Hunte That then Martha my aforesaid daughter shall have twenty five pounds more for her portione to be paid by my executor within one quarter of a yeare after that the said John Hills have made it mannifest that he hath given to his said sonne John Hills Thirty pounds whether it be in money or other goods amounting to the aforesaid some
It my will is that if my said daughter doe not marry with the said John Hills my servant that then she shall have thirty pounds for her portion to be paid by my executor within three yeares next after my decease or when she shall be lawfully married, the said Martha my daughter dying without issue my other sonns & daughters to be her heires
It I give to Thomasin Hunt my daughter thirty pounds to be paid by my executor when shee shall come to the full age of one and twenty yeares or within one whole yeare after that my said daughter Thomasin shall be lawfully married, the said Thomasin dying without issue lawfully begotten of her body my other sonns and daughters to be her heires
It I give to Isaack Hunt my aforesaid sonne all the rest of my goods and chattels except the goods &
before given and bequeathed
It I make Isaack my said sonne my true and sole executor to discharge & pay all my debts & legacies and
to see my body decently and comely buried as he shall please and thinke good
Item I make Thomas Watloe of Bethersden in the County aforesaid Clothier my overseere of this my last will and testament to see this my will truly and honestly performed according to the tenour thereof.

Isaac's daughter Martha 23 spr married John Hills 28 ba, botp on 10 Feb 1630/1 at Bethersden by licence with consent of her mother.
His son Isaac Hunt married Elizabeth Lawe on 3 Oct 1631 at Stalisfield
They had children James 9 Sep 1632, Isaac 29 Jun 1634, Elizabeth 18 Jun 1637 bapt at Bethersden.
Isaac Hunt was buried at Bethersden 15 Oct 1660
