The last will and testament nuncupative of Mr. John Hunt late Vicar of Milton-next-Sittingbourne in the County of Kent and Archdeaconry of Canterbury deceased by him uttered and declared in the time of his sicknes whereof he dyed, and some four houres next before his death which happened on or about the Tenth day of February Anno dini 1672. he being then though sicke and weake in body yet of perfect memory and understanding and having a full intent and purpose to make his will and dispose of his Estate, did declare the same in these words, or words to the effect following, vizt.

The said Mr. Hunt did say and declare Thus,
My will is that my deare wife shall have the greater part of what I have during her life, that she may have wherewith to live comfortably in her old age, and my daughter Alice the rest
And that after the decease of my Wife, all shall be to my said daughters

On the said deceased did declare words the same effect in the psence [presence] and hearing of
Mr. Samuel Simonds, Rector of Murston, Mr. Thomas Cradocke, Vicar of Tong, and Mr. Thomas Turner, Curate of Tunstall
