I give unto Mary my loving and kinde Wife all such householdstuffe, riding furniture and rings which she brought upon Mariage with me
I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Hunt one long table and Forme now standing in the hall of my now dwelling house and one great chest that was her grandfathers and one gold ring that was her mother�s wedding ring, having this posy United hearts death only parts to be delivered to her at the age of 18 yeares
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Hunt one joyn�d chest and one joyn�d box that was her
mothers and one gold ring that was her mothers having this posy After consent over content to be
delivered to her when she comes to the age of 18 yeares
I further give my said daughter Mary 12 shillings to be paid her at her said age, to make her Ring equall with her sisters
I further give unto both my said daughters Elizabeth and Mary all their owne mothers waring linnen to
be equally divided between them at the age of 12 yeares
I give and bequeath to my Son Daniel Hunt 2 paire of Streaken sheets marked with an J with blew thread
I give unto my sister Joane Mace of Ospringe 5 shillings
I give unto my two sons in Law Matthew Waters and William Oldfeild of Great Chart 12d apiece
And to my grand-daughter Mary Oldfeild 5s
All the residue of my moveable Goods and Chattells, ready money, Bills, Bonds, stocks and cropps shall be equally divided into three parts by indifferent persons, whereof I give one part unto my said son Daniell Hunt, one other part to my aforesaid two daughters Elizabeth and Mary, and the third part unto my said Wife and Susannah my reputed daughter
I make, constitute and ordaine my said son Daniell Hunt sole Executor and will that he shall take care of and provide for the maintenance and education of my said two daughters Elizabeth and Mary out of and for the rents and profitts of the Messuage or Tenement, Barne, Shopp and lands herein after willed and bequeathed unto them untill they shall respectively attaine their several ages of 20 yeares or be married
I devise unto Mary my said Wife for the terme of her naturall life All that my little Tenement or Cottage adjoyning unto the close belonging to the house wherein I now live, scituate in Charing aforesaid together with the garden or backside and all other appurtenances therewith, usually setten, occupied and enjoyed and now in the tenure or occupation of one John Lavender for and towards the bringing up of Susannah my reputed daughter, unto whom I committ the care of the said child
And after the decease of my said Wife, then I give and devise the said little tenement or Cottage as
aforesaid unto the said Susannah my reputed daughter to have and to hold unto the said Susannah and
to her heires and Assignes for ever
But if it shall happen that the said Susannah dye under the age of 21 and without issue of her body
lawfully begotten, then after the decease of my said Wife, I give and devise the said tenement or
Cottage with all other the premisses unto my said son Daniell
Annuity to wife Mary
I give and devise unto my son Daniel Hunt all those my three parcells of land which I sometime
purchased of one John Cookow scituate, lying and being in Charing containing by estimation 9 acres
and now in the occupation of me the said John Hunt
I give and devise unto my two daughters Elizabeth and Mary Hunt all that my aforesaid Messuage or tenement wherein I now dwell, one Barne, one Shopp together with there 4 parcells of land thereunto belonging, to be equally divided between them
