First I will that my Debts and Funerall Charges shall be paid & discharged
Item I give & devise unto Sarah Harris an infant mow living with me All those two messuages or
tenements together w�th one peece or parcell of land thereunto belonging containeing by estimation
one acre little more or lesse w�th the yards, backsides & appurtenances thereunto belonging all which
said premises are situate, lying and being att Knowlehill in the parish of Ulcomb in the County aforesaid
and now in the possession of John Tillman and the Widow Collison which said messuages or tenements
lands & premises w�th the appurtenances thereunto belonging I give devise and bequeath as aforesaid
unto the said Sarah Harris & to her heires and assignes forever
Provided she shall live to the age of eighteen yeares or day of marriage
But if she shall happen to dye before she shall attaine the age of eighteen yeares or day of marriage as
aforesaid Then I give devise and bequeath the aforesaid two messuages or tenements lands & premises
w�th the appurtenances afore mentioned to my Executor hereafter named, and to his heires and assignes forever
Item I give and bequeath unto the said Sarah Harris the summe of twenty pounds of lawfull money of
England to put her out to a boarding schoole to learn to worke, as soon as she shall come to the age of fourteen yeares
and in case she shall dye before she shall attaine the age of fourteen yeares then I give
& bequeath the said twenty pounds to Thomas Carter of Ulcomb aforesaid and Thomas Pullen of East
Sutton in the County aforesaid husbandmen equally to be divided between them
Item I give and devise all that my messuage or tenement with the appurtenances thereunto belonging together w�th seven acres of land thereunto likewise belonging which said messuage or tenement lands & premises are situate lying & being in Frittenden in the County of Kent aforesaid unto my Executor hereafter named in trust and to and for the only use and behoofe of Elizabeth my present wife dureing her naturall life, and after her decease then I give & devise the said messuage or tenement together with the said seven acres of land w�th the appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid unto Elizabeth Hunt daughter of my brother Samuell Hunt deceased and to William Watkins of Wormeshill in the County aforesaid blacksmith and to their heires and assignes for ever
Item I give & bequeath unto George Hunt and Robert Hunt (sons of my brother Robert Hunt) the summe of five pounds a peece to each of them
Item I give & bequeath unto Robert May my wife�s grandson the summe of five pounds of lawfull money of England
Item I give and bequeath unto Robert Wood of Charte next Sutton Valence in the County aforesaid
husbandman the summe of ten pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid him by six shillings every
moneth untill he shall have received the said summe of ten pounds in manner as aforesaid
Item I give unto Richard Wood, Isaac Wood and William Wood sons of my sister Ann Langley the summe of five pounds (of lawfull English money) a peece to each of them
Item I give and bequeath unto my brother Robert Hunt the summe of forty and five shillings of lawfull money
Item I give and bequeath unto James Wood (one other of the sons of my sister Ann Langley) now liveing
with me the summe of thirty pounds of lawfull English money
Item I give unto the aforesaid Thomas Carter the summe of five pounds of lawfull money
Item I give unto the aforesaid Thomas Pullen the summe of five pounds of lawfull money
Item I give unto Mercy Gillett wife of John Gillett of Charte next Sutton Valence in the County aforesaid
the summe of forty shillings
Item I give unto William Hinds my now servant boy twenty shillings of lawfull money
Item I give unto the poor of the parish of East Sutton twenty shillings worth of wheate to be distributed
at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named
All the rest & residue of my goods and Chattells whatsoever I doe give & bequeath unto Cornelius Sills of
East Sutton aforesaid who I make my full and sole executor of this my last Will and testament
Provided he pay my debts and legacyes herein bequeathed and that hee doe also maintaine and keep
my wife dureing her naturall life
And I doe also appoint my Executor Trustee to the above named Sarah Harris dureing her infancy desireing him to repaire maintaine & keep the Estate given unto her the said Sarah Harris in good repaire , she allowing him reasonable charges for the same when she shall attaine the age of eighteen yeares or day of marriage as aforesaid
I will also that he passe ajust and � account with her the said Sarah Harris and pay her the rents and profitts which shall yearely arise from the said estate (hereby given and devised) dureing her infancy
And I doe hereby revoke disannul and make void all former wills & testaments by me heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Isaac Hunt to this my last will and testament sett my hand and seale the
thirtieth day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred � Isaac Hunt
