In the Name of God Amen I Robert Hunt of Linton in the County of Kent Miller being weak in body but
of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding praised be God therefore doe this seventeenth
day of December in the Eighth Yeare of the Reign of our Soveraigne Lady Ann Queen of Great Brittan
France and Ireland Defender of the faith &c. And in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred
and nine Make and Ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in writeing and in manner and forme following That is to say
First and principally I comend my soul to God that gave it And my Body to the
Earth from when it came to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named
And as for that small Estate As God of his great goodness hath lent me I leave to the World in certain
assureance of an Eternall Inheritance in the Kingdom of heaven and Bequeath the same as followeth
Item I give and bequeath unto my loveing Wife Frances All my Goods and Chattles household stuffe and
implements of household whatsoever unto her the said Frances and her heires forever.
And I doe hereby revoak disanull and make void all othe wills by me formerly made
And I doe hereby nominate direct and appoint my beloved wife Frances Hunt my sole Executrix to this
my Last Will and Testament
In Witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale to this single sheet of paper The day and
yeare first above written.
