In the Name of God Amen
I Abraham Hunt of Bredgare in the County of Kent Yeoman do make this my last Will and Testament this fourth day of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixteen in manner and form following
Imprimis I Commence my Soul into the hands of Almighty God firmly trusting in his mercy for the forgiveness of all my Sins for the Merits of my Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ My Body I leave to be Interred at the discretion o my Executors hereafter named and as to the worldly Estate wherewith it hath Pleased God to bless me I give bequeath devise and dispose of the same as hereafter followeth

I give to my Daughter Mary the Sume of Ten pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain
and I also give to my Daughter Anne the like Sume of ten Pounds
and further to my Daughter Elizabeth I give the Sume of five Pounds of like lawful money
and to my Daughter Sarah the like Sume of Five Pounds
all which said Several Legacies so given to my several Daughters aforesaid shall be paid unto each of them respectively within One Month after the decease of my Loving Wife

Item I give and devise to my Loving Wife the annual Payment of Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds to be paid unto her in two equal portions or payments half Yearly in every Year for and during the term of her natural Life (the first Payment to be made on the first feast of St. Michael which shall next follow after my deceased) Chargeable upon and Issuing out of all that my Messuage wherein I now Dwell and all those Several Peeces or parcels of Land, Orchards, Cherry Gardens, arrable or pasture thereunto belonging lying and being in Bredgare aforesaid with full power to her my said Wife her assignes, in case of non payment of the said Annual Rent or part thereof to enter upon the said Messuage and Several peeces of Lands thereto belonging as aforesaid and the same to have use Occupy Possess and enjoy Assign or let out for and during her natural Life, unless my Son Abraham Hunt shall make good exact and full payment of the said Annual Rent of Ten Pounds and every part thereof in such wise and manner as the same is herein appointed to be paid

Item my mind and Will is that if my Son Abraham aforesaid shall well and truely pay the said Annual Rent to my said Wife in such wise and manner as is herein directed, then the use Occupation possession and enjoyment of my said Messuage and Several peeces of Land aforesaid shall be to him my son Abraham for and during the natural Life of my said Wife

Item I give and devise to my said Son Abraham from and after the decease of my Wife aforesaid all that my Messuage and all those Several Peeces or Parcels of Land thereto belonging and above expressed to him my Said Son and his Heirs for ever

Item I do hereby make and appoint Sarah my Wife aforesaid and my Son Abraham aforesaid to be Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament
