In the Name of God Amen I James Hunt of Dover in the County of Kent Mariner being in Good Health and of Sound and disposing mind Memory and understanding (God be praised) but not knowing how soon a change may happen and Moreover as I am Soon to proceed on a voyage to the East Indies Do therefore make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to Say)

I Give Devise and bequeath unto my loving Wife Margaret her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever All and every my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature kind or degree soever the same shall or may be or consist at the time of my decease nevertheless Subject to the payment of all and every my just Debts Funeral expences and the charges of proving and executing this my Will

and I do nominate and appoint the Honourable Henry Furness Esquire and my said Wife Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty fifth day of November in the twenty eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Fifty four James Hunt
