In the Name of God Amen I Alphy Hunt of the parish of Biddenden in the County of Kent Yeoman being weak in body but of a Sound and Perfect mind and memory Praised be God do this the fifteenth day of February in the Twenty third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britan France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty three make and ordain this as my last Will and Testament in maner and form following
First I Commend my Soul into the hands of the almighty God my Creator hoping of a Joyfull Resurrection through the only Merits of Death and of the Lord Jesus Christ my Blessed Redeemer to Receive the full pardon and free Remission of all my Sins and to be Received into his Everlasting Kingdom when this mortal Life shall have a End
I will my Body to the Earth to be Desently buried at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named
And as Touching that worldly Estate which by the Blessing of God I Enjoy I will and Despose thereof as followeth.

I Give and Bequeath unto my Loving wife Susana Hunt all the Efects of my farm oasthouse and all the meterels belonging to it all my houshold Goods and wearing apparel and all the Rest of my Goods and Chattels Ready Money and Securities for money for enduring the term of her natural life

And after the Decease of my said Loving wife Susana Hunt if any thing then shall be left I Give and Bequeath unto my neve George Evenden, my niece Mary Evenden, my niece Elizabeth wife of Thomas Bishup, my niece Judeth Evenden, my niece Ann Harris, my niece Mercy Harris and to my Sister Sarah Fenn and to my sister Elizabeth Fenn all to be Devided all in equal Share a Like and to be paid to them in one year after the Decease of my Loving wife Susana Hunt, by my Executor herein after named.

I Do nominate and appoint James Harris of Biddenden in the Said County Yeoman Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I the Said Alphy Hunt have to this my Last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal Dated the Day and year First above written

Alphy was buried at Biddenden 28 Mar 1783 and Susanna 8 Jun 1792
