Note: This Will is very difficult to read, so just a few words are best guesses through experience.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Hunt of Milton next Sittingbourne in the County of Kent Carpenter as follows (that is to say)

I Give Devise and Bequeath All and every my real and personal Estate and property whatsoever and wheresoever and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy unto and To the use of my Wife Ann Hunt and my Brother James Hunt of Sittingbourne Yeoman and James Taylor of Milton aforesaid Saddler their Heirs and Assigns All such real Estate as are now seised to me by way of mortgage in order to enable them with the greater ease and convenience thereof to receive and get in the Money secured by such Mortgage for the purpose of this my Will

And I give to the said Ann Hunt, James Hunt and James Taylor their Heirs and Assigns All such real Estates as are now vested in me Upon any Trust or Trusts To hold the same unto the said Ann Hunt, James Hunt and James Taylor their Heirs and Assigns Upon the Trusts affecting the same

And I appoint my said Wife Ann Hunt, James Hunt and James Taylor Executors of this my Will and declare that they shall not be answerable or accountable one for another and by no means for involuntary losses and that they may deduct and retain all their Costs Charges Damages and Expences to be occasioned by the due Execution of this my Will
And I revoke all my Wills

In Witness whereof I the said William Hunt the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set and affixed my Hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of April One thousand eight hundred and thirty one

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said William Hunt the Testator to be his last Will and Testament who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses to the due execution thereof

This is a Codicil to my last Will and Testament
I hereby expressly charge all my real and personal Estates with the Payment of my just Debts
Witness my Hand and Seal the said twenty fourth day of April One thousand eight hundred and thirty one

The before registered Will (with one Codicil annexed) of William Hunt deceased was proved the sixth day of February 1838 before the Worshipful Sherrard Beaumont Burnaby Doctor of Laws Official General to the Reverend the Archdeacon of Canterbury lawfullt constituted by the Oaths of Ann Hunt the Widow the Relict of the deceased and James Taylor two of the Executors named in the said Will they having been first sworn duly to perform the same (Power being reserved of making the like grant to James Hunt, Brother of the deceased, the other Executor, when he shall apply for the same).
