In the Name of God Amen I Susanna Iggelsden of Benenden in Kent Widow being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory praised be God but considering the uncertainty of life and Certainty of Death Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following
First and principally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping through his Mercies and the alone Merits of my Dear Redeemer Jesus Christ to be made partaker of Eternal Happiness my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named
And as for such Temporal Goods as it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I Give and dispose thereof as followeth

I Give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Ann Doble the Sum of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named when she shall have attained to the full age of twenty one Years

I Give and bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth Hinkley of Benenden Single woman two paid of Sheets

All the Rest and residue of my Goods and Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after the Payment of my Just Debts Funeral Expences and Legacies above mentioned I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Coveney Wife of Thomas Coveney of Benenden yeoman And my Daughter Mary Iggelsden of Benenden aforesaid Spinster to be equally divided between them share and share alike

but in Case my Daughter Coveney should die before me I Give and bequeath her Share or half part of my Goods and Chattels and personal Estate unto my Grandson Thomas Coveney and my Grandson Joseph Coveney to be equally divided between them share and share alike when they shall have attained to their full Ages of twenty one Years
or in case any one of my said grandchildren should dye before they have attained to their full age of twenty one years then to the Survivor of them when he shall have attained to the said age of twenty one Years or in Case both my Grandchildren should dye before they shall have attained to their full Ages of twenty one Years Then I give and bequeath the said Moiety or half part of my Goods and Chattels and personal Estate unto my Son in Law Thomas Coveney

and I do hereby Constitute Nominate and Appoint my Son in Law Thomas Coveney and my Daughter Mary Iggelsden Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby Ratify and Confirm this and none other to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal July the fifth 1759 Susanna Iggelsden her Mark
