In the Name of God Amen I William Iggulden of Goudhurst in the County of Kent Tallowchandler being Aged and Weak in Body but of a Sound perfect and Disposing Mind Memory and Understanding Praised be to Almighty God for the same But calling to Mind the Uncertainty of this Transitory life and that all Men must Dye and revoking all former and other Will or Wills Testament or Testaments by me made and Declare them Void Do this Fifteenth day of October in the Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the Year of Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Six make Ordain Publish and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

First and Principally I Give my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping through the Merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to Receive full Pardon and Forgiveness of all my Sins and to be made Partaker of a Joyfull Resurrection and my Body I commit to the Earth from whence it came to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named
And as for Touching such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God in his Great Goodness to Bless me withal I Give and Dispose thereof as followeth that is to say

In the First Place I Give and Devise unto my loving Son Stephen Iggulden and my loving Daughter Martha Iggulden and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever All that my Messuage or Tenement Garden or Orchard with the Appurtenances Situate lying and being in the Parish of Goudhurst aforesaid And now in the Tenure or Occupation of James Barker his Undertenants or Assigns to be Equally Divided Between them Share and Share alike

And also I Give and Bequeath unto my loving Sons Richard Iggulden and William Iggulden the Sum of Five Pounds a peice to be paid to them in Twelve Months next after my Decease

Also the Rest and Residue of my Goods Household Goods and Implements of Household Ready Money Bonds Bills Rights Credits and Personal Estate of what Nature or Kind soever whatsoever and wheresoever the same is are or may be found ( my Debts Legacies Funeral Expences and Probate of this my last Will and Testament being first paid and discharged) I Give and bequeath the same unto my said loving Son and loving Daughter Stephen Iggulden and Martha Iggulden to be Equally Divided between them Share and Share alike

And Lastly I do hereby make Ordain nominate and appoint my said loving Son Stephen Iggulden and my said Daughter Martha Iggulden Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said William Iggulden have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the day and Year first above written William Iggulden
