First I direct all my just debts including the principal and interest which may be due and owing to George Ash of the City of Canterbury Brewer upon the joint and several note of myself and my son John Impett and funeral and testamentary expences to be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I bequeath to my son Isaac Impett the sum of fifty pounds sterling
And I direct that the said legacy shall be paid within six calendar months after my decease
And I give and devise all those my three freehold cottages with the gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the parish of Stourmouth in the said County of Kent and now or late in the several tenures or occupations of my son Thomas Impett and of Isaac Sladden Thomas Taylor and Charles Culmer Unto and to the use of my said son Thomas Impett his heirs and assigns for ever
Subject nevertheless and charged and chargeable with the payment of the legacy or sum of two hundred pounds sterling which I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the wife of Edward Gifford and charge the same upon the aforesaid hereditaments in total exoneration of my personal Estate And I direct that the said legacy shall be paid within six calendar months after my decease
And I give and devise all those my two freehold cottages with the gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being on Wingham Hill in the parish of Wingham aforesaid and now in the occupations of myself and my said daughter Elizabeth the wife of Edward Gifford unto and to the use of my said daughter Elizabeth the wife of Edward Gifford her heirs and assigns for ever
And subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all my real estate not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of And all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said son Thomas Impett and my said daughter Elizabeth the wife of the said Edward Gifford in equal shares as tenants in common and to their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively according to the nature and quality of the said several estates
And I appoint my said son Thomas Impett and my said daughter Elizabeth the wife of the said Edward Gifford Executors of this my Will
And I hereby revoke all former Wills
