In the name of God Amen the vijth day of Apryll in ye yere of our Lord God one thousand, fyve hundrethe Fyftye and nyne and in the fyrst yere of the Raygne of our Soveraygne Ladye Quene Elizabethe
I Thomasyn Inckepett of the p[ar]ishe of Westwell in the County of Kent Wydowe beynge of good & p[er]fect Remembrannce (thankes be unto almyghtye God) make this my testament and last wyll in maner and forme folowinge
Fyrst I bequethe my soule to almyghtye God my maker and redemer, my bodye to be buryed in the Churche yard of Westwell aforesayd

Item I bequethe unto Agnes Baldocke my Daughter lxvjs viijd [66s 8d] of Lawefull money of England, and all myne apparell to my bodye belongynge, my weddynge Rynge, my Second Best keatle, a Knedynge troughe, two playtters, ij pewter dysshes, ij sawsers, one salt, one latten bason, a flock bed, a boulster of fethers, a pyllowe, a pyllowe cote, iij shetes, a Coverynge, a blanckett, a newe Chest, and a diaper table clothe

Item I bequethe unto Arnold Inckepette and Willm Inckepett my sonnes to eche of them xiijs iiijd [13s 4d] of Lawfull money of England to be payd unto them at xxjth yeres of age, yf any? of them happen to dye before he cum to the sayd age, then? to be the others heyre of the xiijs iiijd

And all the residew of my movable goods not bequethed my debtes and legaces contented and payd, I geve unto Glybard Baldock, Robert Baldock and Rychard Baldock my sonnes

Item I wyll that the lxvjs viijd shall remayne in the hands of James Swyft the younger for the terme of the yeres next after my decease Condicially that he put yt to the best encrease that may be for the sayd Agnes my Doughters behofe

Item I ordeyne and make the sayd Gylbart Baldock my sole Executor & that he bestowe at my buryinge and monthes day vjs viijd
And I wyll the sayd James Swyft to be myne overseer of this my Last Wyll and testament

This is the last Wyll of me ye sayd Thomsyn Inckpett made and by me rehersed the day and yeres above wrytten

I wyll and gyve unto Gelbart Baldocke Robert Baldocke and Rychard Baldocke my sayd Sons one peace of Land, Contayninge by estmacon two acres and a yard of Land wth thapportenannces [the appurtenances], to be had to them & the[i]r heyres for ever
