In the Name of God Amen I Mary Indell Widow of the late John Indell of Old Chetney in the Parish of Iwade in the County of Kent being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say

first I direct all my just debts Funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will be fully paid and satisfied
and from and after payment and satisfaction thereof I give devise and bequeath unto
Mary Field Wife of James Field being my eldest Daughter
Elizabeth Gibbs Wife of Ralph Frazier Gibbs my second Daughter
Phoebe Indell my youngest Daughter
and my Granddaughter Mary Ann Cole Daughter of Thomas Cole of Queenborough

all my own property of what nature and kindsoever to be equally divided between them

but should my Granddaughter Mary Ann Cole die before she attains the Age of twenty one Years then her Part to be equally divided between my Daughters Mary Field Elizabeth Gibbs and Phoebe Indell or their Heirs

and I do nominate constitute and appoint my Sons in Law James Field and Ralph Frazier Gibbs Executors of this my last Will and revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen
