Beeinge sicke of the sickness whereof he dyed and demanded the question whoe shoulde have hys goods when he dyes hee answeared and saide that hys minde was that the sume five poundes which RICHARD GILLMAN owed hym should bee and remaine unto THOMAS GILLMAN sonne of hym the said RICHARD.
And the residewe of all hys goodds hee said JONAS INGEs Sonne of Canterburye shoulde have specifieinge hym to bee a Kinges Scollor of the Kingescole at Canterburye whose name is RICHARD.
And then beeinge asked whether heerof would not give somethinge to hys brothers and hee answered noe for hee had solde them awaye. Expressinge hys meaninge hee saide further that they had had monye of hym a greate totile agoe and since they would come to hym or the verye like wordes in effecte and substance.
To which effecte abovewritten the saide Testator hath beene often times hearde to speake in the presence of these witnesses subscribed.
