I give devise and bequeath all those my three several messuages and tenements situate at Bessells Green aforesaid unto my Son Edward Ingpen and my Son in law James Burn and their heirs Upon trust to pay and apply the rents issues and profits arising therefrom unto and to the use of my Daughter Emily so long as she shall remain single and unmarried but no longer or otherwise
and immediately after her marriage or death whichever shall take place first then I direct the said messuages and tenements to
be sold for which purpose the receipt of my said trustees shall be a good and sufficient discharge to the purchaser for the purchase money
and in the event of the marriage of my said daughter Emily then I direct my said trustees to pay into the
hands of my said daughter Emily the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds free from all deductions for her own use and separate use
and the remaining produce of my messuages and tenements I give devise and bequeath the same unto my other
children namely Harriet Emma Edward Emelia and Alfred share and share alike
but should my daughter Emily depart this life single and unmarried then I give and bequeath the produce
arising from the sale of my said messuages and tenements to be equally divided among my said children Harriet Emma
Edward Emelia and Alfred share and share alike
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Edward and my Son in law James Burn Executors of this my last Will Dated this
thirteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine Thos Ingpen
