Item I give to Richard Inpet my sone my hows in the Corn Markit of Sandwich In the pishe of St. Peter the apostell and to his heyars [heirs] for ever after such sums of mony bee payd out of the profit of them at folows in this my will
First my will is that Ann my wif shall have the full profit and rent of this the named houses and land to
leave as she shall leave [live?] to paye such legacys to my daftars [daughters] as folow
and if shee still part her life before shee shall paye such legacyes then my will is that Catherin Inpet shall have the
full profit and rent of the sayd howses & lend sell theryn fully paye and sell then my sonne

Item I geve to Mary Kingsland my dafter my howse and land now In the occupasyon of James King or his assynes In the pishe
of Ashe and to hir heyers for ever after the desease of Ann my Wif if my sayd dafter shall Survive Richard Kingsland hir
husband but if she shalbe departed this lyfe before my sayd wif and hir husband then doo I give this sayd howse and land to Mary
Kingsland hir dafter after the disese [decease] of me, my wife and to her heyers for ever
Item I do geve to Richard Inpet my sonne all the toolls belonging to my .... [trade?] with all my Colars and ledar? and wen..? whatsoever at my deses [decease] and all my wearing aparell lynen and wooland
Item I do geve to Ann Smyth my dafter f.....? poundes of good and la[w]full mony of Ingland to bee payd to her by my executors In manar folowing (that is) five pounds a year till the full som bee pyd, and for the defult of the lyfe of my exsecutrex after her deses to have haff? the profit of my howses and lands geven to Richard Inpet my sonne till shee bee fully pyd the som of ......? pounds
Item I geve to Katherine Inpet my dafter fivety pounds of good and lafall mony of Ingland to bee payd as folowith that is, five poundes a year till the full some of fivety pounds bee payd, and for defalt of the lyf of my Executotrix after her deses to have half of the profits of my lands and prmises gevin to Richard Inpet my sonne till that she bee fully payd the some of fivety pownds

Item I geve to my fower Children formerly named In this my Will after the deses of Ann my Wif all such Box? of lorl? & Dall then her lying to be equally devyded amongst them the youngest of them to chos [choose] first and the eldest last till they bee all devyded
Item I geve to Mr. Ingrham ten shillings to prech at my bryall and it is my will not then? the ...? then so I geve that ten shillings to the poore peopole of the parishe of Ashe six shillings and 8 pence more to bee distribited In lytle soms to such poore as the Overseers? and my wif shall see and think such most need
All the Rest of my goods Chatills and Redy mony so I geve to Ann my wif to pay my lesyes [legacies] and discharg my funerall with the rest of my lands and howses Premises shee lyvet In this but except that howse geven to Katherin Inpet my daftar
and Ann my wif do I make my sole and hoall [whole] executrix of this my last will and Testament
