First I give and Devise All that my Messuage or Tenement and the Outhouses Yard Garden and Land thereunto adjoining and belonging or therewith used and enjoyed with their and every of their Appurtenances situate lying and being in Deal aforesaid and now or late in the Several Tenures or Occupations of Edward Hayman or Mary Newton Widow or any of them their or one of their Assigns and also All other my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever unto my loving Mother Elizabeth Irish of Deal aforesaid Widow and to her Heirs and Assigns for ever
And as to All and Singular my Goods Chattels Effects Debts Due and owing to me Money Securities for Money leasehold and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same and every Part thereof (from and after the payment of all my Just Debts Funeral Expences and the charges of Proving and executing this my Will) unto my said Mother Elizabeth Irish and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely to and for her and their own use and benefit
and I make constitute and appoint my said Mother Elizabeth Irish full and Sole Executris of this my last Will and Testament and lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said John Irish have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the
Sixteenth Day of June in the twenty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of
Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven
