In the Name of God Amen I Grace Irish of Saint Margaret’s Parish next the City of Rochester in the County of Kent being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do hereby make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

First I direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences may be fully paid and satisfied
And in the next place I give unto my Son Bing Irish all my Household Furniture Implements of Household Plate Linen China Wearing Apparel and Whatsoever else that may be in my Dwellinghouse at the time of my decease belonging unto me save and excepting Money or Securities for Money

And as to all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever both Real and Personal whether in Possession Reversion or Expectancy I do give and bequeath the same unto my Grandchildren Edward Irish and Thomas Trenham Irish share and share alike

nevertheless I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid Son Bing Irish their Father all such Interest of Monies Rents of Estates (if any) towards the Maintenance Education and Advancement in Life of my said Grandchildren until they shall attain respectively the age of twenty One Years
And should it so happen that either of my said Grandchildren should die before the Age of twenty One Years then my Will is that the Survivor shall enjoy all and every my Estates both real and Personal And be forthcoming to him when he shall reach the Age aforesaid

And I do hereby nominate and Appoint my said Son Bing Irish and Margaret Irish his Wife to be Executors to this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made

And my Will and Pleasure is that should neither of my said Grandchildren live til they become to the Age of twenty One Years then I give and bequeath all and every my Estates whatsoever both Real and Personal unto my said Executors Bing Irish and Margaret Irish his Wife

In Witness whereof I the said Grace Irish have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this seventeenth Day of November in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety seven Grace Irish
