Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane the wife of Richard Russell the Full Sum of fifty pounds part of the sum of two hundred and
threescore pounds ... was in the ...nes [hands?] of John Toke Esqr
and after such said sum of Fifty pounds shall be so taken by my said daughter Jane I then give and bequeath the remaining two
hundred and ten pounds and also the further sum of threescore pounds owing to me on Bond from John Iron of Ashford in the County aforesaid
Butcher and John Winter of Wye in the said County Butcher making together the Sum of two hundred and seventy pounds and all interest due and
to become due on the same to be equally divided between
my said daughter Jane and my said Daughter Mary, wife of Mr. Stephen Millen and to their heirs and assigns
And as for the Further Sum of Fifty pounds which I have at Interest on a Mortgage made unto me by William Mannerings and Mary his Wife (both deceased) on a Messuage with the Appurtenances in Ashford aforesaid which said Mortgage (after my decease) I have by some Deed Assignment or other Security made over the same and the Term and Interest therein unto the said Stephen Millen I do .........................
Item I give to my Grandaughter Abigal Russell my Trunk and to my Grandaughter Katherine Russell my Case of Drawers
And my will also is that my Funeral Charges and what just Debts I shall owe at the time of my decease shall be equally paid between my said two
Daughters out of the two hundred and seventy pounds and the Interest thereon due before given between them
after which done and performed I give all the rest and residue of my goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever to my said Daughter Jane
Russell to be separately held and enjoyed by her without any claim or molestation other and upon or any other person or persons whatsoever
And I desire the velvet paul [pall] to be laid over me when carried to the Grave
And lastly I make and ordain my said Daughter Jane Russell sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and published and declare this to be my only last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third and twentieth Day of December in the sixth year of the Reign of our Sovereign

The before registered Will of Elina (Alicia) Irons late of Westwell Deceased was Proved the 14th day of January 1737 before the Reverend William Gostling Clerk, lawfull Surrogate to the worshipfull Richard Chicheley, Doctor of Laws, Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury, lawfully deputed and Adm[inistrati]on of the said Deceaseds goods was committed to Jane Russell Executrix named in the said Will she being first sworn duly to Administer the same

Alicia Irons was buried in Woollen at St. Mary, Westwell, Kent, on 29th November 1737.
Thomas Irons & Alice Knevett were married at Great Chart 3 Oct 1691.
Daughter Jane Irons (bap. 1693, Great Chart), Spinster of Great Chart married Richard Russell, Bachelor, Yeoman of Boughton Aluph on 10th June
1712 at St. Mary, Great Chart, Boughton Aluph or Fordwich – by Licence.
Daughter Mary Irons married Stephen Millen 16th May 1717 at St. Benet Paul's Wharf, London.
