After Payment of my just Debts and funeral expences I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Elizabeth Izard all that my real Estate situate and being in the Parish of Great Stoughton in the County of Huntingdon now in the Occupation of John Horrell To hold unto her the said Elizabeth Izard her Heirs and Assigns for ever
But nevertheless subject to and chargeable with the payment of sixteen pounds a year of lawfull Money of Great Britain out of the yearly Rents Revenues and other Profits of the said Estate to my Sister Martha Izard for and during the term of her natural life with the payment of which said Sum of sixteen pounds a year to be made by Quarterly Payments I do hereby charge the said Estate
All the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects whether real or personal or of what nature or kind soever the same shall be or consist of at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath unto my said Wife Elizabeth Izard to and for her own use and benefit
And I do hereby nominate and appoint Mr Joshua Woodcock and Mr Daniel Ball both of the Parish of Greenwich aforesaid joint Executors of this my last Will and do hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament
