In the name of God Amen : The Seaven and twentieth day of June in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand sixe hundred fiftye and fower
I Henry Jackson of Deale in the Countie of Kent Pilott beinge aged in yeares but of good and perfect health and memorie (praised be God therefore) doe advisedlie make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge
First I render and give againe my Soule into the handes of my Lord God and Creator, nothinge doubtinge but by the meritts and mercies of my Savour Jesus Christ it shalbe receaved into glorie into his heavenlie Kingdome

And for my Bodie I Comend that to the earth whereof it is made in orderlye decent manner to be buryed at those proper costes and charges of my sonne John Jackson whome I doe make Executor
and as by my twoe daughters Alice Browninge and Ursula the wife of Stephen Perrie shalbee thought fitt Whome I doe make Overseers of this my Last Will and Testament to see it fulfilled
And for all my worldlie goodes wherewith God hath endued [endowed] me, I give and bequeath the same as followeth, vizt.

Inprimis I give And bequeath unto my daughter Alice Browninge nowe a widdowe, for the terme of one whole yeare after my decease, all and Singuler my landes, houses, rents and profitts, to vest remaine and be to the sole and proper use and uses of herselfe, her heires Executors, Administrators or Assignes
And after one whole yeare soe ended and expired my will and pleasure is that John Jackson my sonne shall enjoye my nowe dwelling house with the Inward ground thereunto belonginge, with the tyled house of myne neare adjoyninge unto my nowe dwellinge house for and dureinge the terme of his naturall life, nowe in the severall occupacons of me the said Henry Jackson and Elizabeth (and) Shusan, the daughters of James Lee
And after my sonnes Jacksons shall decease, my Will and pleasure is that my grandchild Daniell, the Lame sonne of my nowe sonne John Jackson shall solely and properlye enjoy my tiled house with halfe the Inward ground belonginge to my nowe dwellinge house

Further my Will & pleasure is that my little house in Lower Deale which Stephen Perrie had latelie a Lease from me for seaven yeares next adjoyninge unto the widdowe Hoemans, That my daughter Alice Browninge shall quietly enjoye the said house and foure perches of ground for a garden spott and egresse & regresse to the well there for water untill Shusan Tribbet my grandchild shall come to the age of Foure & twentie yeares
And then my pleasure is she the said Shusan Tribbett and her heires shall enioye the said Little house and fower perches of ground and free egresse and regresse to the well as aforesaid to her use and her heires for ever But if she dye in minoritye, to rest descend and come to Anna the daughter of Alice Browninge and her heires for ever

Item I give to my twoe daughters Alice Browninge and Ursula Perrie all and Singuler my ground nowe in the occupacon of John Fuller to be equallie devided betwixt them twoe, Except in case my sonne John Jackson doe well and trulie pay or cause to be paid unto my twoe daughters Alice and Ursula and to each of them, their heires or Assignes three poundes apeece in lieu of the said peece of ground, Then my Will and pleasure is that he said John Jackson shall enjoy the said peece of ground to him and his heires for ever

And further I give and bequeath to my twoe daughters Alice & Ursula my house and ground neere the North Stage in lower Deale where Joseph Linsey nowe liveth, the twoe South roomes to Alice and the twoe North Roomes to Ursula And the ground & Cowe? by equall devision betweene them

Further my Will and pleasure is That my twoe daughters Alice and Ursula shall allowe a free passageway unto my sonne John Jackson and his Assignes through the ground or Land nowe in the occupacon of John Fuller before menconed at all convenient tymes betwixt the nyne and twentieth of September and the five and twentieth of November and at noe other tymes in the yeare

Further my Will and pleasure is that my twoe daughters Alice & Ursula shall enjoye all my moveable goodes equallie devided betweene them

In Wittnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hande and seale the day and yeare first above written

Memorand that those words rasd [erased] and blotted out in the sixe and twentieth lyne of this Will (That my little house in lower Deale) was before the ensealinge hereof And after that was Signed, sealed, read and published in the presence of
Richard Seares his marke - Will Normans - George Wyatt Scr.

This Will was proved at London the eight and twentieth day of October in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand sixe hundred fiftye five before the Judges for Probate of Wills and grauntinge administracons Lawfullie authorized by the oath of John Jackson the sonne and sole Executor named in the last will and testament of the saide deceased To whome administracon was comitted &c. he being by vertue of a Comission first sworne truely to administer
