In the Name of God Amen I John Jackson of the parish of Cobham being sick of Body but of sound and perfect memory praised be Allmighty God doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following
First I bequeath my Soul to God and my Body to the earth from whence it came to bee buried in such decent manner as shall be thought meet by my Executrix hereafter named And as for my Temporall Estate which it pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose of the same in manner and forme following

Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Lane one shilling to be paid her within one moneth after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto the rest of my children Jane Jackson, Bonham Jackson, John Jackson, Robert Jackson and Sarah Jackson each of them one shilling apeice to bee paid them within one moneth after they shall severally attaine to the age of one and twenty yeares.

Lastly I make constitute and ordaine my Loveing Wife Elizabeth Jackson to bee my full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament giveing her all my goods and chattels moveables and immoveables after the payment of my debts and the satisfacion of my Legacies above bequeathed.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this Eleaventh day of August in the yeare of our Lord 1686 the marke of John Jackson

Probate (in Latin) 24 September 1686 to Elizabeth Jackson the relict and Executrix.
