The fowre & twentieth of October, one thowsand Six hundred fifty six, the last will of George Jarvis being in perfect memory

First my minde and will is that my wiefe Elizabeth shall have Forty pounds with her bond
I give unto my sonne Thomas tenn pounds to be paid him when he is the age of one and twenty yeares
I give unto my sonne Robert Jarvis Tenn pounds to be paid at the age of one and twenty yeares by my Executor
I give unto my daughter Mary tenn pounds to be paid her when she is the age of one and twenty yeares
I give unto my sonne John Tenn pounds to be paid him at the age of one and twenty yeares
I give unto my sonne James Jarvis tenn pounds to be paid him at the age of one and twenty yeares
Item I give unto my daughter Denis twelve pence

Item my minde and will is that Elizabeth my wiefe shall be my sole Executor of this my last will and testament, and pay all the portions before given by me
I doe make overseers to this my last will Mr. Robert Jorden of Herman and my brother James Jarvis

and hereunto doe sett my hand and seale George Jervis his marke
Witnes hereunto John Woodgate - James Jervis his marke

This Will was proved at London the fowre & twentieth daie of June, One thousand six hundred fifty eight before ye Judges for probate of wills etc. by the oath of Elizabeth Jarvis the relict and sole Executrix etc. To whome adminacon [administration] was Comitted etc. she being first sworne by Comission truely to administer etc.
