In the name of God Amen This thirtieth day of June in the thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Ann of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland Queen and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ffourteen. I Jane Jarvis of Tenterden in the County of Kent Widow at P're'sent Sound in Body and Mind praised be to God do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz' Imprimis I Commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God hoping to receive free pardon of all my sins thro' the undertakings of my Savior Jesus Christ And as to the worldly Good I shall leave at my death I dispose of as followeth.

First I give and bequeath to my sister Elizabeth Weekes Spinster the sum of ffive Pounds of lawful money of Great Britain within One month after my death if she be then living.
Item the rest and residue of all my estate I give unto to my only son George Jarvis whom I make whole and Sole Executor of this my will desiring him to pay all my Just Debts and Legacies above.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Jane Jarvis whereunto I have set my Hand by my mark and Seal the day and year first above written Jane Jarvis her mark. Signed Sealed Published and declared to be the Last Will and Testament of Jane Jarvis in the Sight & Hearing of us who have hereunto set our Hands as Witnesses
