I Give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Ann Jeal the Sum of Fifty Pounds over and above the Sum she is or may be intitled unto by virtue of the Settlement made Previous to our Marriage and also Furniture sufficient for one room for her own use benefit and disposal
I Give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Jeal the Sum of Five Pounds
I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Petty Widow the Sum of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds
for the Support and bringing up of her Children
I Give and bequeath unto my Son Edward Jeal the Sum of One Hundred Pounds
all the rest residue and remainder of my Messuages Tenements Goods Chattels Stock ready Money Securities for Money Plate China Linen Effects and Things unto my Daughter the said Sarah Petty and my Sons William Jeal John Jeal and Edward Jeal to be equally divided between them share and share alike to take the same as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants
Provided always and my Will and Mind is that the residue aforesaid so given to my said Daughter and three Sons shall be subject and liable to the yearly payment of Five Pounds unto my said Son Thomas Jeal for the space of Ten Years next after my decease the first Payment To be made at the end of twelve Months next after my death and I Give and bequeath the same to him accordingly
and I do direct the Legacies aforesaid the time for payment whereof I have not otherwise directed shall be paid within Six Months
next after my decease
and I do appoint Moses Gilbert Farmer of Erith and Henry Mason Carpenter of Plumstead Executors of this my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me made
