I give & bequeath unto my Friends Thomas Mills of Woolwich in the County aforesaid Baker & Henry Mason of Plumstead aforesaid Carpenter their Exors & Admors All & singular my Household Goods Furniture Linen Plate China & all other my Effects Money Estate and Things whatsoever & wheresoever the same may be Upon Trust
to Pay thereout All my just Debts & Testamentary Expences & the Expences of Proving this my Will
And upon Trust as to the Residue thereof to pay apply &
dispose of the same in such manner & Sort as my said Exors shall set most
between and amongst my two Daughters Rebecca Bennett & Harriett Bennett in
equal Shares and Proportions as they or each of them shall marry or be settled
in the World to the Satisfaction of my Exors
but if either of them should marry or live with or cohabit in any manner whatsoever with Richard Wilkinson or William Collins of the Royal Artillery Band then my Exors shall be at Liberty to apply the share of her so marrying living or cohabiting as aforesaid to the other of them
but if each of them shall do so then I will the Residue aforesaid and also in case they shall both die without receiving the same unto my Daughters in Law Elizabeth Mills Mary Watts Sarah Harvey & Jane Snowey in equal proportions share & share alike
And lastly I do appoint the said Thomas Mills & Henry Mason Exors & Trustees of this my Will & do appoint them Guardians to my said two Daughters
