Will of Paul Jefferss

of Canterbury, Kent

first I give and bequeath unto my Kinsman John Jefferss of the Parish of Saint Mary Northgate in the said City of Canterbury Husbandman son of my late Kinsman Thomas Jefferss late of the same Parish Corwainer deceased the Sum of Ten Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto the said John Jefferss by my Executor herein after named within twelve Kalendar Months next after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to my Kinswoman Elizabeth Beer the Wife of William Beer of the Town of Feversham in the County of Kent Husbandman the like Sum of Ten Pounds of like lawful Money to be paid unto her by my Executor herein after named within twelve Kalendar Months next after my decease

Also I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Mussard the Wife of William Mussard of Feversham aforesaid �.dgerman and Daughter of the said Elizabeth Beer the Sum of five Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto the said Elizabeth Mussard within twelve Calendar Months next after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to my Kinswoman Elizabeth Clethero the wife of John Clethero the Younger of the aforesaid Parish of Saint Mary Northgate in the said City of Canterbury Sawyer the like Sum of five Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto the said Elizabeth Clethero by my Executor herein after named within twelve Kalendar Months next after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to my Kinsman Paul Jefferss of the Parish of Saint Paul in the said City of Canterbury Cordwainer son of my late Kinsman Thomas Jefferss deceased All the Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever he paying thereout my Just Debts and Funeral Expences

Also I do make and Appoint my said Kinsman Paul Jefferss Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former Wills I do publish and declare these Presents to be and contain my Only last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty nine Paul Jefferss
